Model Courts of Justice is affiliated by Model United Nations Association.

The Model United Nations Association (MUNA) is based in Ankara, Turkey and was founded on October 13, 2008 with the support of United Nations House Turkey. University students volunteer in the Association and try to spread and promote United Nations values and ideals all around Turkey, via conferences and training seminars. The main aim of the Association is to promote Model UN culture throughout high school and university students in Turkey. MUNA strongly believes that Model UN conferences are one of the most effective international platforms for students to enhance their debating skills and academic knowledge.
The Association is responsible for holding two Model UN conferences annually, namely EuroAsia MUN Training and Development Conference and MUNTR. Both of the conferences are the oldest in their categories, with MUNTR being the oldest university-level MUN conference in Turkey and EuroAsia being the first training and development conference nationwide. The first session of MUNTR was held between February 9-11, 2005 in İstanbul and the conference has been held in four major cities of Turkey ever since, with the venues being İstanbul, Ankara, İzmir, and Antalya. EuroAsia MUN Training and Development Conference had its first session held between October 26-29, 2007 and is based in Ankara since its inauguration.
