In the 12th edition of Model Courts of Justice, participants will experience the tension of an ongoing war. Europe is experiencing its darkest hours since the Second World War, which claimed many lives, and since the Yugoslav Wars, with their horrific violence. Ukraine filed a lawsuit against Russia to the International Court of Justice on the grounds of violating the Genocide Convention after the special military operation and the occupation of Ukraine from four different directions by Russia.
