The High Court of Justice of England and Wales is one of the three senior courts of England and Wales, part of the Supreme Court of Judicature. Established in 1875, the High Court deals with civil law cases and is divided into three divisions: Queen's Bench, Chancery, and Family. The court handles complex commercial disputes, judicial reviews, and significant civil matters under English common law tradition.

This year in Model Courts of Justice, the UK High Court of England and Wales will resolve complex civil disputes involving commercial law, contract interpretation, and questions of equity. The court will examine matters of English common law, statutory interpretation, and precedent in reaching its decisions on contemporary legal challenges.
